2. Client: D&B ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS, P.C., Woodbury, New York.
We have been providing professional Land Surveying support services to D&B for over 15 years. Scope of services generally include boundary surveys, topographic and utility surveys as well as Hydrographic Surveys. A partial list of recent projects completed include:

Carle Place Water District. Provided boundary, topographic & utility surveys for 3 District sites. Completed 1/2021.

Hempstead Ave. and Woodmere Blvd, Town of Hempstead. Client: Town of Hempstead. Provided approximately 2 miles of roadway R.O.W. topographic and utility surveys for proposed water main improvement projects.

Belgrave Wastewater Treatment Plant, Great Neck. Client: Town of North Hempstead. Provided existing conditions surveys for proposed improvements including Hydrographic survey for proposed new outfall.

Sunken Meadow State Park. Client: New York State Parks Department. Provided topographic and utility survey for Toll Booths and surrounding area for proposed improvements.
3. Client: City of White Plains (CWP), Department of Public Works, White Plains, New York
We are currently in our 13th year as Land Surveyors for the CWP with the contract recently extended thru 2021. Services being provided include Land Title surveys, Topographic and Utility Mapping, Boundary line determination, land partitioning plats, legal descriptions, boundary line monumentation, etc. A few ongoing projects include:
PROPOSED GREENWAY TRAIL - Boundary line, topographic mapping & monumentation.
WHITE PLAINS LIBRARY - Boundary line determination & monumentation at grade level as well as 2 levels of parking garage below grade.
4. Client: Town of Huntington (TOH), Huntington, New York.
Surveyors for the Town of Huntington (2007 thru 2015). Provided professional land surveying services for various departments including Engineering, Highway, Traffic, Planning, General Services, Maritime Services, Building, and Town Attorney's office. Services provided include Land Title surveys, Topographic and Utility Mapping, Boundary line determination, land partitioning plats, legal descriptions, etc.

Provided Boundary and Topographic survey of the entire 100 acre campus. Ongoing construction include:
